Aircon upgrade sticker.

As my AC needs re-gassing and servicing, I contacted my local FMD for the new sticker. The parts guy said that as there was no mention of it on his system, it did not exist!!
Has anyone got a ref No. or finis code for this item? Would really love to prove a most unhelpful bloke wrong.
