Need advise for dash removal

I need to remove dashboard to find out why I hear relay clicking inside it. Anyone can give detailed steps for dashboard removal ?
I have -98 2.3 Ultima

Try THIS or This. Also remember that there are relays behind the passenger glove box. Look for the panel in the roof of the glovebox.

but relay clicking comes from left side of steering wheel (and my car is LHD)

hehe that was easy to fix 
It was rear wiper relay. (it was turned on and now I noticed wiper working after replacing faulty wiper motor  )
