Headlamp beam adjustment

Since fitting heavy duty springs at the rear, the headlamp beam is now lower so needs to be adjusted.
 
I can't find anywhere on the site that gives the correct procedure, i.e...the correct height markings on a wall & the distance the car has to be from that wall etc
 
Does anyone know ?  Smiley

don't have a clue...  Huh shouldn't this be in the manual somewhere? also TIS might be worth checking...
