Hello you have probably had this question before. But what type of engine oil should you use for a 24V cosworth.

hi there
a good quality sae 5w-30 semi synthetic will do.
some may say use fully synthetic, but IMO, if you don't know the history of the engine, fully synthetic will do more harm than good (as in cleaning the inners too well and causing leaks, etc.).
