Went on a trip to tewkesbury at the weekend 377 mile round trip, which included 20-30 miles of townish driving, and when i worked out the MPG it worked out 36.5mpg which i think is excellent for my 2.3 auto, this didnt include having the a/c on as it is broken, but im still chuffed.
