cosworth thermostat

hi,can somebody tell me where the thermostat is on my engine,i am currently unable to get under the vehicle,i have replaced the radiator and was advised to change the stat as well.it is a24 valve cosworth auto.thanks in advance for any info.cheers.

at the side of the air con pump, follow pipe from water pump. very tight access and u can only get to it from under car unless you take off air con pump and bracket
