the os-drivers side sill hase been jacked up years ago this is rusted trough just be hind the a post is the friley pipe i can see .the rear washer pipe or drain from the sun roof.face lift est

Yep its the sunroof drain as Highlander says, what plonker at fords , and vauxhall for that matter, decided to do that.
