Estate Rear Wiper intermittent relay

CAn you get to this without dropping the lower dash trim??
My rear wiper parking switch has failed (in the wiper box) and so I want to over-ride the intermittent function as the wiper moter/box is sealed.
Manual says that the relay is by the steering column.
