Hi, Have one black key that opens the doors but will not start the car, and a black key with a red chip that does everything, Whats the best and least expensive way to get another chipped key, see new ones on ebay, or is it a main dealer job? cheers Len.

Key + having it cut is max £20 (I paid about that) and the black ones as Matt says, you program yourself. You can buy a Ford red key (if you don't have it) and have it cut ready, but it will need to be associated with your car at FMD.

FYI Some independent auto lock smiths can re-programme keys on site for you . You do NOT have to pay FMD prices check around CHeck HERE for LOCAL dealers to yourself
