How easy is it to obtain and fix LED on HRW switch, mine is very intermittent, off more than its on.

Whilst not the one you want you'll get an idea of whats involved Here. The one you are talking about is of course much smaller!. 
This page might also help as you'll have to remove the air con panel to get at the switch.
