Battery chargers ?

Anyone with advice on amp output needed for battery charger for a Scorpio 2.3 ?
Have been caught out twice in the recent cold weather so thought I might treat myself to one ready for the next lot in Jan/Feb.

Any charger Rodders,the greater the amps the quicker the charge of course,if you get something about 8-10 amps it would charge a low battery overnight,they have an automatic output reduction so as the charge builds up in the battery they drop to about 2-4 amps.Machine Mart,£38 with ammeter,8.5 amp,or half that price for lesser beasts.You could buy a small one for a tenner,but satisfaction may not be guaranteed
