2.3i 16v to manual?

Hello everybody! I'm new to this forum.  Searched a bit for 2.3i 16v auto to manual conversion, and didn't find any usefull. I know about converting usual cars to manual from auto, but thing that i am worried about is 2.3i 16v ecu and auto transmision. Is ecu mapped to the gearbox like it is on 24v BOB engines? And what about pats if i remove auto transmission and connect manual? Maybe someone has advice in wiring or some wiring diagrams, that should help in this conversion? Also this all will go in to Sierra.

Hi,
Essentially it would be the same method as ive put up in the how to do section for the 24v,
Personally if i was using the 2.3 lump id get hold of a manual 2.3 from the start and run it on a rs2000 ecu as they are the same engine apart from the obvious cc difference and the balance shafts in the sump
