i know many have a problem with the flickering life of its own air bag light, but is it a MoT failure if it comes.remains on during test? I am told it is not at the moment.

I believe that it has to come on at the turn of the key, go out and stay out to pass. If it stay's on then it's a fail. With the light on, the air bag is deactivated and will not go off in an accident. Lee

air bags are not part of the mot at the moment.but the tester can refuse to test the car on health and safety grounds but they dont
