Reckon so...they are called 'drop links' and are a common failure item. Easy part to change.

Hint ~ after watching Lee struggling to get his top nut undone (pardon the expression) someone on here suggested turning the steering to lock so you can then have room to get a normal sized spanner in.

Mike, Lesson learnt and nuts!!!! easier to get off with a spanner bent to ninety degrees. Worth it for the ease of the job thereafter
