So apparently it all comes out of roof 'ole, no need to disturb head lining?
Getting the screws undone mighty be tricky though (?)

Head lining stays put. Screws can be tricky - give them plenty of WD40 or similar before attempting to remove as if the screw heads 'round out' you will have to drill the screws out...and that is a real pain.
