24v spark plugs

I intend to change the spark plugs on my 24v before MOT next month
Any advice re platinum verus iridium / NGK versus Denso (or any other brand)
Last MOT emissions only just scraped through.

MOT Emissions is more likely Cat or Lambda problem.
I always use NGK Platinum, the Wasted Spark Ignition and BOB Egine is hard on plugs, cheapies are sh!te
