Anybody any experience of removing the interior mirror. I have read the article on this site about it coming off by pushing forward and not pulling backwards but has anyone any other hints / tips / do's or donts or any other advice. Thanks Tony

Hi Tony, "pushing forward and not pulling backwards" never seemed to make much sense. Long time since I did this but I think you have to slide it downwards parallel to the glass. If I can find an old mirror when I get home I'll have a look. Here it says forward which I think is the same as my interpretation: https://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/pcmirror.htm Dave

As Dave says - I believe it's push forward (down) parallel to windscreen but gently. So said our dear departed Oracle (Simmo) many moons ago (couldn't find the original post - probably v. old)
