Error Codes

Hi All
Just had car tuned and following faults found:
P0138 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit Voltage High - Bank No. 1.
P0158 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit Voltage High - Bank No. 2.
P1409 EGR Vacuum Regulator circuit malfunction.
Anyone any idea what parts are needed and if job is difficult to do ?
