The diagnostic permanently indicates codes:1464. 1650.1703.1780. Suggest as independently to remedy. Thanks.

Suggest you do a system reset and see if the codes re-appear.
To do a reset disconnect the battery for 10mins and reconnect.
Please make sure you have the Relevant radio code and remember the windows and Climate control may need reseting as well.

P1464 ACCS to PCM High During Self-Test
P1650 Power Steering Pressure Switch out of Self-Test Range
P1703 Brake On/Off Switch out of Self-Test Range
P1780 Transmission Control Switch circuit is out of Self-Test Range
Not an expert by any means, but could this be a fuse box problem with a number of circuits all going out of range at once ??
