Gearbox error code.

Hi everone.
Had my 20,16V -95 OBD scanned and a gearbox code come up. P 1701. The box are working fine forward but when it's cold and have been standing for a while it fails to rev. When that happens I just turn the engine off and start it again and it revs. just fine! The box thumps in the gear but I can not accelerate. This never accoures when it's warm. The oil is fine, and the oil-level is fine too. Is this a gear-box problem or a loom-problem? Greatful for any suggestions.
