Ahh yes I remember it well up and down stairs on auto pilot to warm a bottle at hours of the night I had only heared existed.
Find some bottles at mothercare that you steralise in the microwave and you will save about 30 seconds sleep between feeds
That may sound odd but believe me it will make a difference eventually.
