Well I've had the best news ever today. My Mot was due 1st of June so I had her booked in for the usual failure (which would then have undoubtedly meant me then making numerous posts on here). I have recently taken her to a garage for the tyres changing (Dexcel if anyone heard of them) and was told the wish bones looked ropey which I'm sure as you can imagine was not the news I was wanting ontop of £120 worth of tyres and tracking. Plus quite a bit of corrosion has started to settle in around the car (sills!) and I seem to have a gear box leak from some where. I also have a nice cloudy rear view mirror which I haven't had time to replace yet. All this coupled with a creaking steering column set me up for yet another anticipated fail. Took her in this morning and..... SHE'S PASSED FIRST TIME!!! Not only that but the tester said she was in immaculate condition for her age! (1995 M) and if I ever wanted to sell her to give him a bell! Absolutely made my day! It did make me laugh mind when he said the emissions were uber low, as that would be all the veg oil in her So yes another scorp is still on the road for another year!!!! Pete!!
