Disagree with anyone who speeds in restricted zones - 30 in a 30, 50 in a 50  BUt as far as im concerned, the little white one with a black line through it means "Strike the warp core, No 1....ENGAGE" 
Drive at a speed sutiable for the road conditions

I'd agree with that - the vast majority of accidents happen at 10mph or less (parking, roundabouts, pulling out of side roads, etc)
Perhaps we should add mandatory training in perception and anticipation every 3 years ?

So our Scorpio speedos would be showing nearly 40 by this stage
