The MOT results are in and...
PASSED!! So another 12 months of driving 
Advisory on slight discolouration of both front indicators though, does that mean I need to change that? I'm pretty sure the lights are ford spec?

I wouldn't change them until they fail - unless you want to though.
Do the lenses look clouded or does the indicator look white when indicating? If it's the later you might just need a couple of new bulbs to restore the "orangeness". the orange coating flakes off after a while resulting in indicators flashing white - which is an MOT fail.

If the orange coating has flaked off the indicator bulbs try getting some Tamiya X-26 Clear Orange acrylic paint from a model shop and re-coat
About £1 or so for a 10ml jar.
