how much does an engine hold ? take for example my 2.0lt 16v . strange question i know , but i get these weird moments from time to time !! yes , i know i should get out more

2.0/2.3 is about 4.5 litres with filter. This is wrong though ....4.5 litres only just touches the bottom mark of the dipstick When I do an oil/filter change (after letting it drip for an hour), I can get just over 5 litres in (I use a measuring jug) to get it to the top mark of the dipstick
