NHS Heating Costs

I have been down to the walk in centre today at my local hospital (Leicester Royal) to have a leg infection I have checked over and could not believe they had got the heating ON, after an hour in there it was a relief to get out into the hot humid outside air to cool down, and here is me thinking the NHS was short of our money.......UNBELIEVABLE.
