Aimed at the admins this one
is there a way of groupe deleting the pm messages? ive got over 200 in both in and out box lol
want to delete anything older then 3 months old

No way to delete just a few messages unless you do them individually. If you want to copy them, cut and paste them into a word document, and then empty the box. That is what I do so I always have an inbox with no more than 20 messages
