Interior illuminations

Hi
Im a newcomer to the ultima, in fact i bought it last week, and am having some minor irratating problems.
Ive got bulbs blown behind speedo and tacho and have not got a clue as to how to remove the neccesary part of the dash to replace them. Also the auto transmission iluminations for the gears needs replacing and again i have'nt got a clue how to go about it.
Ive lots more little probs but one thing at a time i think.
Can any one help me
