Where to find repair color set?

Ford France (agence de Dax , Aquitaine) not able or willing to help.
I think the color requested by me has the code SCC2 acording to the identity plate.
The car is silver (light blue) metalic from 1995. Its a diesel 2.5 van

Clarification.What I understood from the explanations from the VIN plate, (VIN Plates) the color code is J 5. (not SCC2) I wonder if this is the code for Auralis blue-(metallic) My Scorpio Diesel is made in Germany. I looked at the pictures at www.fordscorpio (colour& trims) and found a car= Auralis-Blau-Metallic, which seems a like my scorpio estate.
I wonder if I can order a paint repair set from Fordparts. Uk and I will get what I want?
