Cooling fan temperatures

Hi  
Does anybody know what temperatures the fans are supposed to operate at for low speed and high speed.
 
And whats bits required to simulate a high temperatue
( ie voltage source , resistence etc )
 
Scorpio Ghia 2.9lt 24v cossie no a/c or climate control
