cd player fault code

hi all does anyone know the meaning of this code that is coming up on my radio it is code error 3 that what it says on the screen then it cuts off

Error 03 indicates a focussing error in the CD changer control

Maybe a good clean would do it good - not one of them brush disks - they can damage the head!
