Hello guys,
Greetings from Bulgaria. I just registered to your club of scorpio owners. I own one since August 2003. It's a 1995 vehicle ,2000 16V DOHC, saloon. I very much appreciate the advanteges of the model despite the costs for the support. Here in Bulgaria it's quite a story to receive genuine parts. We only have 1 official dealer of Ford - Moto Pfohe. And when I need something, it could happen to wait up to 1 month for delivery. So, is there an online shop where I can purchase and buy such parts. For example I need pistons and piston rings now.

You could try http://www.fordpartsuk.com
They do a mail order service but do not know if they posy outside the UK .Send them an email ... its all on the website... They do state they do WORLDWIDE delivery... may help you ..
(the site is big and sometimes slow to load )

I was thinking that one month to wait isn't bad in the UK but when it arrives, the part is often the wrong one!!

Welcome to the site, a good natured bunch of guys who are always willing to helpa fellow sufferer.
I know they get a lot of bad press but ebay turns up some treasures just do a search including the germany.
I know some of the other scorpio sites abroad list dealers they have been happy with, but the parts for sale section on this forum should be able to help you with most stuff and if tou are stuck make a plea, someone will help you.

Vasilev, also welcome from me. I visited your country in 2002 (a trip along the River Danube & Black Sea).
I have never had a problem with Ford Parts UK, they have always delivered within a day or two (except for a new thermostat which took 10 days, but we all know about that problem) and always the correct part. Sometimes I have had to enter into email discussion with Trevor and on one occasion send him a photograph of the part required.

I have bought parts from Ford Parts UK and haveing them sent to Sweden, I ordered on Sunday and got the parts on Friday, I must say that I was very pleased with their services and next time I need parts I will consider to buy from them instead of the FMD here in Sweden.
