quite easy, but you will need the car raised up on axle stands as the rad comes out downwards. remove the 3 hoses, be carefull if they have the oroginal spring clips fitted, let system drain out, into bucket for re use or disposal, dissconnect the 2 multi plugs to the cooling fans, one each side, use a 17mm open end spanner to undo the 2 oil cooler pipes from the passenger side of the rad, use 10 mm socket to remove 2 off bolts holding power steering / gear box cooler from front crossmember, then a 13mm socket to remove the two bolts at the side of the rad (all from underneath) then if you look at the top of the rad from above where it meets the bodywork you will see 2 plastoc tubes sticking up through rubber grommets, you will have to squeeze in the plastic toggles in to allow the rad to drop down, be carefull to feed it past the pipes at the passenger side, swap over fans to new unit then reverse procedure.
