HEATER AIRCON BLOWER SWITCH

Hi All,
Cannot turn the aircon on or off unless i remove the blower switch and press the light bulb with my finger. Blower switch seems to go in too far.
Wondering if something is missing from the switch like a a spring.
Any help will be welcomed.
