You have to get to it through the boot ... the operation 43 746 0 refers to the removal of the interior of the boot lining

As i can see from the pictures after doing the "operation 43 746 0" i should see the motor. I going now to look at it.

Found the problem. It was the connector wich fell of because it's missing it's metal clip, a piece of wire, duct tape and tada now works perfectly and it's stuck there forever 
PS and it's not so hard to get to it either

because i don't know how to reach to that blasted thing and get it out (through the boot .....can't tell from the pictures
