Speedo problem

Hi, As you might all be able to tell I'm new owner and have a few niggling problems. My Speedo needle seems to have got stuck against the bottom of the guage pod. If I take the pod out and re-set the needle is this likely to happen again. anything I can do to prevent this? I also need to drain and re-fill the cooling system due to a split in the radiator - post in parts request currently. Does the system needed to be drained of air whilst refilling ? If so where are the bleed valves ? Thanks, Kalv.

hi there and welcome re speedo, try a reset first.... http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/instreset.htm when refilling the system, have it facing up a hill. let it heat up with the cap off. then give it a small run and top up if needed. hth
