The Scorpio has a dashboard warning light to tell you when/if the trailer direction indicators are working, but does anyone know how to make the right connections to the towing socket to get this light to work - Please ??

My Scorp is a diesel and has a tow bar fitted, but it doesn't have the dashboard warning light. Not sure whether mine is meant to have one but everytime the indicator goes on a relay just to the left of the boot catch buzz's. Matt

Thanks - my book shows diesels haveing a different set of warning lights - without the one for trailer winkers ! At present my wireing is like yours with a buzzer but it would be nice to use the light if poss.
