i cant seem to get the computer to go tp MPG.The buttons seem to take a lot of pushing anyway just to switch between the different modes.

prone to this i'm afraid,2 solutions,1 buy a new one or 2 wait to see if someone replies to this to get the buttons replaced,i know of 1 person who has done this in the past for me,but dont know if he still does..

I had similar probelm reset button wouldn't work .. took switch apart and cleaned the contacts ..worked ok for me ! David

Yeah I had this problem for ages as well. Gave the switch and its plug a jiggle and it's been fine ever since! Phew. Can't see them being toooo expensive new from Ford though... hopefully?! Dave

I have found that when I fill car full of fuel reset will work with no problems. 3/4 or less and pure luck if it does.Not that important though.Maybe thats how it is supposed to be!

sorted!played around with the buttons and i can now get metric as before and old money as well now.
