alarm not working

hello peeps my alarm on my car was going off outside work 2day so i went outside turned it got home this eve locked the car and now the alarm wont come back on any ideas

Think I remember someone had this with a faulty bonnet switch??
The dreaded water in the fusebox??
Possibly battery with the remote not working, had it disconnected? failing? Instrument needles flicking up and down?
Disconnect it for a few minutes to see if the modules will reset.

itsonly started since the wind got stronger and my remote fob wont even lock or unlock the doors so i tried it with the key and still no response
