Get the horid din when in near full lock, any ideas on how much this should cost to repair.

Looking through my 2lt. 16V Scorpio's maintenance history I see a new steering rack was fitted in April 2003 for the princely sum of £ 164. 50.
Not too bad, and with a years unlimited mileage guarantee.
