Timing chain tensioner replacement

Does anyone know of a reliable garage in the South West London area, who can change the Timing chain tensioner on a 2.9 cossie.
I want a mechanic with experience of this job, who knows exactly what to do, not someone who's never done one before, but will have a go. I've spoken to a few Ford main dealers, but none of them have any mechanics who have done it before.
