Estate Loadspace Side Windows

Just noticed that the rubber surround on the driver's side rear loadspace side window has "rouched" (become wavy at the edge).
I see from the site "manual" that the glass is bonded to the body but it doesn't show the rubber surround. Can I change the surround without removing the glass?
