How much do ford charge for key fob

Hi,
How much do ford charge for a key fob and are all scorpio fobs the same. I ask because if I buy a second hand fob I don't want to buy the wrong one. My car is a 95 2.5TD.

fords....best part of £100, plus around £25 to programme it to your car
all remotes from any scorpio can be reprogrammed to suit you car.
youll have much better luck with a second hand one from ebay, or a member who is breaking a car and still got the fob. you should be able to pick one up for under £30. instructions for reprogramming are on this site.

Yeh. I got quoted £83 + VAT from my local ford. Ended up getting one off ebay for £32 and programed it myself (Thanks to this site).

Iv just bought one from ford on thursday for £96.77 part no.. 1018108 and i did not need to pay the £25 to program it because this wonderful site helped me do that
