p0141 is this lambda

i have read a few pages regarding this fault
P0141 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit fault - Bank No. 1.
Does this actually refer to what i commonly know as the lambda sensor or is it a different sensor.

hi there
yes, this a lambda sensor. the heater element inside it is broken.
