I checked my auto trans fluid level earlier and for want of a better description,it is urine yellow colour!I have heard mention of brown fluid but yellow?Any views appreciated.

Never heard of YELLOW ATF fluid although its worth checking with a good quality Motor factor or Gear box specialist.
I have never seen yellow ATF its always pinky red colour .
