What comes with a new bumper ?

I have had a new front bumper fitted after a Skoda reversed into me. When I collected the car I found a set of used fog lamps and indicators in the boot, the ones in the bumper do not look new, I am wondering if the body shop have fitted a used bumper. It will have to go back any way as I have noticed that they have bent the bonnet slightly and it has a nasty tendency to pop open at speed. TIA Paul Boulden

Well it shouldnt come with second hands lights on it! I take it they have painted it for you and it now looks new? Bad move putting the spares in the boot though

Yes it is painted like new, unfortunately I cannot be 100% certain that the lights in the bumper are used as my disability prevents me from getting a close look, there seems to be a chip on one lens though. Paul Boulden
