Hi just of the late the blowers only work now and then and I am unable to reset the system, all though in the past I have reset without any problems.
now when I try a reset nothing happens I have carefully checked procedure and I am confident that what I do is appropriate, it maybe a coincidence but I have only had this problem since changing cc instrument bulbs, any suggestions on curing this problem would be realy appreciated.
The car is R reg 2.3 Saloon Auto/Petrol.

If you changed the bulb then it could be the ribbon cable behind, maybe it's not making full contact somewhere.
