instruments flicking round on start up

Have read fault finding page re this problem. Have had car for 2 years and I'm sure this has happened ever since i got it. Battery has been fine - no problem starting on even the coldest days. Battery reading on instrument reset is 14.1. Are there any other reasons why this happens?

most likely reason is too low a cranking amp rate on the battery.
