i heard it for the first time today. No keys in the lock. Car stands still after last drive 5 hours ago. Strange klikking from relay at the drivers site on the engine. Fan gets on with an interval of 20 minutes. note: no keys in the starterlock. just a low burning of the oil indicator. Now yi turned off the battery suply, just in case. what could be the fault or defect? Sorry for the bad english, but i'am a belgian guy. kind regards

first thing to check really would be the obvious question,do you have the relative battery and fuse box covers in place?....

Welcome to the site As Craig says you need to check that you have the relevant covers in place. Without these water WILL get into the fusebox/battery areas and cause electrical problems like these. Even with the covers on you have to be careful. If the covers are in place then check the fuse boxes are clean and dry, check all fuses and relays are in place properly and make sure all earth straps are clean and tight. HTH
