Mysterious Trim...

My '98 Ultima does not have an illuminated passenger sunvisor nor does it have a light in the glove box. According to the V5 it was first registered in March 1998. Was this standard trim in '98 ? It doesn't cause me any problems, I'd just like to know. Cheers Chris

Are you sure it doesn't have a light in the glove box There should be a small pressure-switch on the top left of the glove box, and the light should be "inside" it..

Ahha, I've found the glove box light. The clear plastic difuser was missing and the location wasn't obvious. Now just need to get a replacement bulb. Many thanks Chris

Ah but I didn't get the side airbags on mine. Must have been no spare ones in the Scorpio "bin" that day!!!
